Author notes: When I first saw my picture prompt, I went "omg, what the heck am I going to do with this??!!" and was very tempted to turn it in for a new one. But I decided to wait and it really wasn't long before I got the idea for the fic. And when I was staring at my Word file wondering how the heck I was going to get the last few dozen words to bring the total up to 1000, I realized the song that was stuck in my head was Nick Carter's "Scandalicious" which gave me what I needed to finish. The song is also responsible for the title. Titles suck; I hate coming up with them. And finally, thanks to callmecayce for looking things over.
