A/N: Largely inspired by the Smallville episode "Justice", and helped along a bit by Hendrix's cover of "Watchtower". I haven't watched Smallville on a regular basis for seasons now, but I loved this notion, and it wouldn't let go. This is purely for fun, and I hope for it to be taken as just that.
