And then the next day, after the hot/gross bathroom sex and the hot/hot hotel sex and the reluctant separation, Rodney goes to John's presentation and is horrified to see John decked out in Miami Vice style duds in various shades of pastel, and is further horrified when John presents and his new work makes so much sense and dovetails beautifully with Rodney's own theories and they should obviously get together and solve the mysteries of the universe and screw again, but Sheppard is wearing loafers with no socks, and can Rodney ever really respect a man who models his look on Don Johnson? (Answer: eventually, grudgingly, yes.)
